L.I.N.K.S. Missionary Update

Greetings from Costa Rica!

I am writing to you for 2 reasons.  One is to send you some prayer requests for our family and also our most recent newsletter and blog information.
Our blog is http://thetooleyfamily.blogspot.com/.

Prayer requests:
**For our children as they continue to learn in another language and make friends here in Costa Rica. Allison, age 12; Nicolas, age 9; Annikah (pronounced like Hanukkah), age 6; Paulina, age 4
**For Joel and I to be faithful to follow the Lord’s leading and direction in each one of our tasks and relationships.
**For the youth of the Mesoamerica Region to listen and obey the call of God to serve in their local communities and beyond.
**For the 12:7 Serve ministry team – unity, effective ministry, and the many logistics, including visas.  For more information, see the Facebook Page – http://www.facebook.com/#!/127Serve
**For the FOCUS youth conference, July 17-22 in Panama City  http://www.facebook.com/#!/FocusPanama2012

Thank you for your partnership with us in prayer over the next 2 years!  We are looking forward to getting to know the people and churches of the NorCal district!  Please let us know how we can pray for you as well.

Blessings!

03/07 – Nazarene Missions Prayer Updates

Nazarene Missions International (NMI) Prayer Mobilization Line…

PRAISE/PRAYER: Give thanks for God’s intervention in granting a customs clearance extension of a disaster relief materials shipment. Also thank Him for partnerships with Compassionate Resource Warehouse (NCM Canada), who sent the materials, and for the Philippines Relief and Development Services, who helped facilitate the process. The shipment recently landed in Cagayan de Oro, Mindanao, Philippines. Such an extension is unheard of and highlights the reality of God’s working in this matter. Please continue to pray that the shipment will be cleared promptly, enabling disaster teams to distribute the materials.

NOTE: We as a church regularly send disaster relief materials to the USA warehouse for use overseas or in the US. Praise God for His help in the Philippines!!
